Dr. Lidieth Libby, D.D.S.
Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and Member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry

Dr. Libby was born in Monterrey, Mexico. Her father is a surgeon and very early in life she knew that she wanted to help people, like her dad.
She earned her DDS and completed a pediatric dentistry residency at UANL in Monterrey. She went on to complete another pediatric residency at the University of Connecticut Health Center and Connecticut Children’s Medical Center where she also completed a one year fellowship treating patients in a hospital setting. Dr. Libby has attained certification with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, which represents the highest possible credentials within the field of Pediatric Dentistry. Such credentials have been attained by less than 30% of all pediatric specialists within the United States. Dr. Libby is on staff at Phoenix Children’s Hospital where she provides care for medically compromised children and is active in numerous local, national and international organizations.

She is married to Dr. Greg Libby, who is also a dentist. They have 2 beautiful baby boys, Bennett and Brock. Bennett was born on March 23, 2008 and Brock was born on May 28, 2010. Both boys have brought much happiness to the Libby family! Along with their 2 boys, they have 2 dogs, Stoli and Dallas. In their spare time, they enjoy swimming and going to the movies. They work closely with an organization that provides medical, surgical and dental services for the underserved in Mexico and are planning to build a dental clinic that provides free dentistry year round in the Yucatan Penninsula. Please visit the International Medical Assistance website so you can learn more about Dr. Libby's passion and become involved by either going to one of these medical missions or making a donation that will help build a hospital in that area!  www.ima-missions.org

Dr. Michael Goodman,
DDS
Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and Member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry

Dr. Goodman was born and has lived, worked, and taught in the New England states most of his life.

He earned his DDS degree at the University of Tennesee, and completed a pediatric dentistry residency at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. He went on to earn his certification with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. A credential that is attained by only 30% of all pediatric specialists. Dr. Goodman had a very succesful pediatric dental practice in Connecticut, while volunteering and teaching at the University of Connecticut, in the pediatric dental graduate program. He was a respected Professor and mentor to many students, including Dr. Libby. They have stayed in contact throughout the years, and had discussed several times possibilty of  Dr. Goodman joining Dr. Libby in private practice.

The perfect timing and opportunity has arrived, and Dr. Goodman and his wife Geri, an RN, are finally more than just "Honorary Phoenicians", they are locals. They will be spending their first summer in Phoenix, as we all do; in the pool, or inside with the air conditioner on. They have four daughters and seven grandchildren. Dr. Goodman is happy to have returned to private practice, and care for the children, as well as work with Dr. Libby as colleagues once again.
