Earth Day Activity Book

"In honor of Earth Day on April 22, we would like to have our patients complete 1 or 2 pages of this activity book (by coloring, connecting dots, etc) and bring it to our office to be entered in a contest. The paper will of course be recycled (and don't hesitate to use paper that has something on the opposite side) at the end of the contest and the winner will receive movie tickets to see the Disney Earth Day Movie African Cats!" Help us recycle in the office as well, by bringing in your paper recyclables all month!

Arizona Cardinal's Ticket Winner!

We hosted an essay contest in October and had AMAZING results! We received many winning essays, but had to pick one winner. The winner was Max G. He was presented with 4 suite level Cardinal's tickets for the game November 1, 2009. Congratulations Max, and keep up the great writing skills!"

Attention all Parents:
This contest is especially for you. We all know how difficult & time consuming it may be to make sure our children have brushed & flossed well at the end of the day. We wanted to make sure all of our parents know how appreciated they are and are recognized for all the hard work they do to help out with oral hygiene at home. So, everytime that your child comes in to the office for their regular dental cleaning appointments, and their hygiene has improved or remained good, the parent of that child will win some "Libby's Loot" which will help you win prizes offered here at this office! You can win prizes each month such as a gift card to Starbucks, Border's, the Spa and more. Parents remember to hold on to your Loot as it is your responsibility to cash it all in for the prize of your choice. You can also save your Loot and rack up more to win larger or more prizes! Manners Matter

We all know how important manner's are. A simple please and thank you can go a long way. So when your child comes in to the office and demonstrates good behavior & nice manners their name will be entered into a contest called "Manners Matter". One child will be drawn at the end of each month & will be eligible to win many prizes! Good luck to all!

No Cavity Kid's Club Winners!

We are excited to be doing a monthly drawing from our No Cavity Kid's Club box in our office. The winner receives a special prize that changes monthly. Each child that has no cavities at their check-up appointment will receive a ballot that goes in our box. We hope this is a good incentive for the kids to take more time with their brushing and flossing! Meet our winners so far...
