Dear Dr. Libby,
I just had to take the time to say a big thank you to you and your staff for the wonderful service; what you provided to us when my son Dylan fell off of his bike and damaged his teeth.
The night that it happened I was in panic mode and you took the time to talk with me even though it was after hours. You gave me some idea of what to expect and what to do for him. You arranged to come in early the next day to see him. I know that you have a new baby and your days are probably long enough as it is, so I really appreciated your time.
As you know, my son has autism and asks endless questions. Any kind of dental work takes extra patience with him. You and your dental assistant spent the time necessary to reassure him and answer all of his questions no matter how many times he asked them. He felt he truly had some friends watching out for him that were going to fix the mess he'd gotten himself into. Your kindness and patience with him helped make a stressful situation bearable.
On top of all of that, your office staff spent time researching the best place for Dylan to go for the additional work needed and found a place that would be covered by our insurance. They even somehow got him in on the same day when it seemed that wouldn't happen.
You and your staff went above and beyond what was required of you and it helped us tremendously. I am grateful for all of your efforts.
