Lidieth Libby, D.D.S.

Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and Member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry

I grew up in a loving home in Monterrey, Mexico. My parents were and continue to be a source of inspiration and an example of love and of service to others.  Ever since I was a young girl I wanted to be like my parents, I wanted to help people. From a young age we did mission trips as a family all over Mexico.  My dad was a successful general surgeon and always encouraged us to seek higher education. This lead me to complete my DDS degree at the UANL in Monterrey, Mexico as well as completing a 2 year pediatric dentistry program. Seeking higher education I went on to complete my second pediatric dental residency training at the University of Connecticut Health Center. After graduation, I completed a one year fellowship program at the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center treating patients in a hospital setting. I feel blessed to have had amazing mentors who took the time to teach me much more than pediatric dentistry.

I became board certified in 2001 and participate in the Renewal Certification Process annually.

I am on staff at Phoenix Children's Hospital where we provide care for medically compromised children and children with special needs.

My life mission statement is “ I exist to serve God by serving and loving others for His glory” Pediatric dentistry is an opportunity to not only do what I love as a profession but to fulfill my mission statement. To serve and love others…your children…my patients and you, the parent. Motherhood has taught me a lot, I understand your worries and I share them with you. When your children are in “my care” they become my kiddos. I will treat them as mine.

I am married to the most wonderful man in the world and I am lucky to work next door to his dental practice. We are blessed to be the parents of 2 boys and 1 baby girl. We love to do medical mission trips as a family and traveling. We love football and we look forward to the Cardinals winning a Super Bowl in our lifetime!

We look forward to serving and loving your family!

We love to love you.

Dr. Libby & Dr. Lewis had worked with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry as Oral Board Examiners.

Jean Lewis, D.M.D.

Every day I wake up thankful to work with children in a place that feels like home. I feel very blessed to have the opportunity to work with a team of people who are focused on doing their personal best to provide the best possible care. For me, it is a privilege and an honor to be a pediatric dentist.

I grew up in a small town just north of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I am the youngest of seven and have ten nieces and nephews. Seeking blue skies and sunshine, I settled in Arizona in 2008. I completed my dental education at the University Of Pittsburgh School Of Dental Medicine and my pediatric dental residency at Rutgers University, formerly the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.

Professionally, I am active in the state and local dental society. I am a member of the committee for dental education for the Arizona Dental Association, a member of the American Dental Association, and a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. I feel that lifelong learning is an obligation and my professional continuing education goes above and beyond the minimum required for licensure.

Giving back is also a way of life for me. I volunteer at local soup kitchens, the Arizona Mission of Mercy and with other dental organizations throughout the Valley.

On the weekends, I can be found hiking South Mountain, road biking, rowing at the Tempe Town Lake or taking in a movie. If I have a long weekend, I generally hop on a plane to see my family and to eat as many home cooked meals as possible. I love the Pittsburgh Steelers, Penguins and Pirates. However, I have been known to root for the Cubs in a pinch. Thank you for taking the time to get to know me. I hope to build a long-lasting relationship with your child.

Tiffany Andersen, D.M.D.

Children have always been a big part of my life. I have experienced the joy of kids through working in orphanages in Mexico, volunteering at the Child Crisis Center, teaching Sunday School at church, and raising two of my own with my loving husband.

I graduated from the University of Arizona with a bachelor’s degree and then received my Doctor of Dental Medicine at the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health in Mesa. After dental school, I worked at a child-focused dental practice for two years while volunteering at St. Vincent de Paul’s teaching dental students. I then went on to complete my residency in pediatric dentistry at the University of Minnesota.  During my training in Minnesota, I was given valuable and educational opportunities including rotations at Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare (a center offering specialized care to children with special and complex needs) and serving on the Craniofacial, Velocardiofacial, and Cleft Lip & Palate team.  One of my proudest achievements is becoming board certified in pediatric dentistry.

Being from Arizona, I am happy to be back home.  I especially look forward to meeting families, like yours, from the same community I live in (Desert Ridge). You may see me in the neighborhood biking or running with my dog, Bailey.  I also love baking, cooking, playing piano, gardening, and spend time with my family.
